We get caught in the toxic noise, the harsh labels, the caution signs others place on us, and sometimes even the ones we place on ourselves.

When we fail to see the light around us, we might feel lost, misunderstood, or broken.

Yet in losing sight of the world, we start to witness ourselves.

With nowhere else to look, we are invited to turn inward ..

It is there, beyond the noise and the scars, that true beauty waits patiently to be seen.

And when we begin to see that beauty inside ourselves it changes everything.

We realize that the labels others have given us do not define us.

We are more than the caution signs and warnings; we are resilience, complexity, and light in the darkness.

Maybe those labels are less about who we are and more about what others fear to face within themselves.

So instead of shrinking away from their judgments, we hold space for both our shadow and our strength.

In learning to embrace our own inner beauty, we find the power to move beyond the toxicity around us…and, more importantly, beyond the toxicity within.

And in that space, transformation becomes possible.
